Our Program

Our mission is to present students at the middle school level a comprehensive program that builds character through the creation of positive leadership and goals. We provide students with truthful information about the realities of the criminal justice system and incarceration through lectures, role-play, and displays, giving them the skills to make positive choices.

We work with schools and community groups to design a custom educational plan that addresses the specific needs of your students. Rather than focus on reducing rates of re-entry into prison our focus is on pre-entry; we help kids define a better future for themselves. Our team of specially trained correction officers and professionals can facilitate conversations about leadership, self-esteem, addiction, character building, and a range of other topics facing today’s youth. More than an assembly or lecture, our curriculum is structured over a number of weeks and is designed to integrate with classroom instruction. During each session, our team will lead discussion groups, facilitate role plays and help students work through difficult topics in a safe and open environment. We welcome invitations from both schools and community organizations.
